Founded in Columbus, Ohio in 2018 by Mike Benoit and Damon Dillard, TDT Financial™ mission is to work in and serve the communities that we ourselves were raised in. Our commitment is to provide the families we serve with the highest rated, lowest priced and most preferred life insurance providers available.

We create an environment that attracts people from all walks of life. When TDT was founded there was one thing we promised not to become; a boring, traditional financial services company. Since then and till this day we’ve remained committed to this philosophy and have created a culture that has brought life back to the insurance industry.
WE ARE CHANGING THE WAY PEOPLE VIEW THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY
TDT Financial™ is helping answer the biggest question in life insurance sales right now: Where will the next generation of successful agents come from? As the United States has grown more diverse, the life insurance industry clearly has not. “Pale, male and stale” is a common phrase used to describe the typical agent these days. Not only are agents aging out, but because life insurance tends to be a peer-to-peer sale, clients are also older, more elite and less diverse. For the industry to remain vibrant, it needs to replenish its clientele as well as its sales force. TDT is building a multicultural life insurance agency where our agents are trained to provide the highest level of service possible to our families.

MEET DAMON DILLARD
FOUNDER OF TDT FINANCIAL™
Damon Dillard is first and foremost a believer. He is a husband, a father, a friend, business strategist, and life coach. He lives by the adage, "How you do ANYTHING is HOW you do EVERYTHING." It references the very principles that assisted him along his journey to fulfillment, success, and the basis of his business and life coaching to date. Originally born in Cleveland, Ohio, he and his mother moved to Columbus when he was very young. As a graduate from Westerville South, he had the hobby of playing basketball. As many other young men around his age, he had "NBA Hoop Dreams" however, recognized early on, his talent was around speaking and business.

Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio I come from a lower-middle class family where we always had everything that we needed, we just didn't have much beyond that. Like most people growing up watching TV, listening to music and reading through magazines I started to desire a better lifestyle for my family and I knew at a young age that I wanted to be wealthy but the problem was that I had no idea how I was going to do it. And so at 18 years old, fresh out of high school I would receive a phone call that would forever change my life...
